Glazed Salmon Recipe

Hungry?!

My glazed salmon recipe right here. Super fast and super easy. Anyone can do this one. This recipe is inspired by CookwithApril/Aprilathena. I made my own touches on the dish and did a little improvising.

Ingredients:

Dijon Mustard, White Wine, Butter, Olive Oil

Garlic, Onions
Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Dill Weed, Black Pepper, Lemon Herb Seasoning

Sauce:

  • To start the sauce first you will want to add your olive oil and butter to a sauce pan.
  • After that is melted add the chopped onions and garlic.
  • Saute till onions are translucent.
  • Deglaze pan with your white wine. Just use whatever you like to drink.
  • Add the mustard, brown sugar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer on low for a couple minutes till flavors marry.(few minutes or so)

Prep:

Season your salmon with the same salt and lemon herd seasoning. Now your going to want to put that sauce on your sliced salmon. I cut my salmon to about 1inch - 1.5inch slices. While your doing that preheat your over to Broil.

If you got yourself some kiddies this is a good time to have them help (only if you are comfortable). My kids were begging to help me do something so i had them simply put some of the sauce on remaining pieces of fish. If you do decide to get the kiddies involved make sure to supervise them very carefully, especially because the sauce is probably still hot. Lets just take a second to appreciate how cute these two look. One the top is my daughter Jaiyana and bottom my son Kilsten.

Bake:

Now your oven should be ready. Stick in those puppies to broil for 6-10 minutes. Depends on how cooked you want your fish. Just keep checking on them till you get your desired tenderness.

Time to eat!!

Omg. Now how good does this look!! I served mine with a bed of white rice. Yes i live in Hawaii and white rice in a Must Have at every house. But you could use potatoes, couscous, or whatever you would like. Make it your own. I hope you all get the try this recipe and enjoy it. Thank you so much for stopping by and reading. Happy eating!
